Google Workspace questions, answered plainly

Is the cost of Google Workspace itself included?+

Our fee covers the management and admin — the setup, security, support and day-to-day running. Google charges its own per-user licence fee on top (typically a few pounds per user per month), billed either directly by Google or through us. We’ll always make the total crystal clear up front so there are no surprises on either bill.

What does the £250 setup actually cover?+

The one-off setup gets you fully onto Google Workspace: configuring your domain and DNS, setting up SPF, DKIM and DMARC for deliverability and anti-spoofing, migrating your existing email and files across, creating all your user accounts and groups, and applying a secure baseline including two-step verification. It finishes with a walkthrough for your team so everyone’s confident from day one.

Can you migrate us from Microsoft 365 or old email?+

Yes. We regularly move businesses over from Microsoft 365, Outlook, older POP/IMAP mailboxes and other providers. We bring your existing email, contacts and calendars across, and plan the switch to keep downtime at or near zero — most teams barely notice the change beyond suddenly having a tidier, more secure setup.

What happens when someone joins or leaves?+

Just let us know. For a new starter we create their account, email and access, and set them up securely. For a leaver we suspend access immediately to protect your data, preserve their mailbox and files as needed, and reassign or forward anything important. It’s all part of your monthly management — no scrambling, no security gaps.

Do we need any IT knowledge to work with you?+

None at all — that’s the whole point. You focus on running your business; we handle the technical side of email and Google Workspace. When you need something, you email us in plain English and we take care of it. Think of us as your outsourced IT admin for everything Workspace-related.
