- Can you move us from Microsoft 365?
- Yes, including email, calendars and contacts.
- Why are our emails going to spam?
- Usually because SPF, DKIM or DMARC records are missing or wrong. We fix those first.
- Do we pay Google directly?
- Yes. Licences stay in your organisation’s name. We look after the set-up and admin.
- Google Workspace or Zoho Mail?
- Workspace suits teams that live in shared documents and video calls. Zoho Mail is a good, lower-cost choice when you mainly need reliable email. We set up and look after both.
- Can you add and remove staff for us?
- Yes. Email us and we’ll set up new starters and close leavers’ accounts properly, keeping their mail.
