- Can we keep using Outlook?
- Yes. Zoho Mail works with Outlook and the mail apps on iPhone and Android, as well as its own apps.
- Can you move us from Microsoft 365 or Google?
- Yes. We copy your mail, folders and contacts across, then switch over at a quiet time so nothing is lost.
- Why are our emails going to spam?
- Usually because SPF, DKIM or DMARC records are missing or wrong. We fix those first.
- Do we pay Zoho directly?
- Yes. Licences stay in your organisation’s name. We look after the set-up and admin.
