- Do you look after sites you didn’t build?
- Yes, after a health check, so we know what we’re taking on.
- What happens if the site goes down?
- Monitoring alerts us. We find the cause and restore from backup if we need to.
- Can you make bigger changes too?
- Yes. Small changes are part of the plan, and bigger pieces of work are quoted separately.
- What counts as a small change?
- Updating text, swapping images, adding a team member or a news post. Anything that needs new design or features is quoted separately.
- Do we have to move our hosting?
- Not always. If your hosting is reliable we can work with it. If it’s slow or insecure, we’ll recommend moving and do it for you.
